We are extremely pleased and excited to announce the opening of Cockatoo Island WA for the 2019 season.
Many may be aware that the Cockatoo Is Pty Ltd people have been working very hard to achieve an “open for business” status.
Opening on 1st April, 2019 basic services will be available to commercial operators who complete the attached application form along with sending relevant information.
Application Assessment
Applications will be assessed on a case by case basis and valid for the 2019 season. It is extremely important that if you do intend to make an application that all the rules and guidelines are understood and acceptable to each operator.

Our services to operators for 2019
Some services listed are subject to 2019 approval.
- Access to airstrip and terminal facilities.
- Bus transfers to and from air to sea and other island facilities.
- Diesel and ULP fuel available subject to tides and weather.
- Basic accommodation, 30 double and 20 single rooms
- The rustic Iron Bar for basic food and drink provisions.
- Town pool for guests to cool off and relax.
